At DOWA, we believe that investing in the next generation of global leaders is critical to the future and the development of solutions that can change the world. Through the DOWA internship program, we are providing students with the opportunity to gain practical & career trajectory work experience, develop global professional networks, and build the skills they need to succeed in the 21st-century global workforce. Our goal is to empower students to become innovators, problem-solvers, and change-makers who can contribute towards the development of solutions to challenges in their communities and the world as a whole.

DOWA's internship program is open to students who are interested in gaining out-of-the-box experience, working and collaborating with innovators who are developing solutions to multi-layered challenges in Africa that can change the world. Our program covers various sectors, including but not limited to agriculture, technology, health, education, and finance. We work with reputable innovators and innovative organizations that provide impact-driven internships that align with our values and mission. Our partners include startups and established companies that are developing tech-enabled solutions to improve the quality of life of 2 billion people in emerging markets.
